JURNAL GAYA - Untuk memperbaiki mutu pelayanan gizi untuk para santri, Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Tasikmalaya Program Studi Gizi Cirebon berkolaborasi dengan Pondok Pesantren Al Bahjah di Kabupaten Cirebon melaksanakan kunjungan studi banding ke Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Pada kegiatan itu pula turut melibatkan Himpunan Alumni Institut Pertanian Bogor (HA IPB) Kabupaten Cirebon guna berpartisipasi dalam memberikan bimbingan teknis terkait layanan gizi yang akan datang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar dapur Pesantren Al Bahjah Kabupaten Cirebon dapat menerapkan Sistem Penyelenggaraan Makanan (SPM) yang baik.
